CLUBROOMS UNDER CONSTRUCTIONOur Clubrooms are currently under construction and going through a major internal facelift. There will be construction crews on-site and the front area is currently fenced off.
PLEASE for you safety and especially the safety of our kids, mind your step when passing through on your way to the field. We apologise for the inconvenience this will cause but it's all for a great cause - to make our home away from home an even more inviting place for our families and community. We envisage our clubrooms to be re-opened mid-May, in time for O-TIMERS DAY. Take care and see y'all around the traps. |
CLUB of ORIGIN II

JUNIOR GALA DAY 2024, a blasting success!!What happened?
On Saturday 23 March the Polo Grounds were overtaken by our Ories family - kids, parents, various volunteers, Management committee members, coaches, managers and all-sorts. Anyone would be forgiven for thinking the rugby season had kicked off early. But no, our annual Junior Gala had rolled in, and with it half of Miramar! Stalls that housed sausage sizzles, face painting, registrations, gear allocations and giveaways set the scene for the day. The icing was the sun-drenched Polo Ground in pristine condition allowing the kids free reign to run amuck kicking and passing balls, competing in sack races and tug-o-war, novelty games under the guidance of Club RDO Poasa Poasa, junior and senior coaches, and senior players - it was an awesome site! |
NETBALL TRIALS 2024!Netball Trials are around the corner. Currently with 80 girls registered, Ories Netball will be kicking off their player viewing with Trials on Friday evening 5th April and Saturday morning 6th April.
It will be the first opportunity for our ladies to hit the courts this year and a great way for coaches to view all the ladies vying for a spot in the top 2 teams. Our Social players will get their turn in the light with their run around on Saturday morning. So anyone keen to stay involved and at a slower pace - there will a few options for social teams available to everyone. For all information on Ories netball, click HERE! |
